On Tuesday morning a Chinese man was found dead at Dungavel Detention Centre. This is the second suicide at a detention centre in the last fortnight. It also comes hard on the heels of the Panorama expose of conditions within Harmomdsworth Detention Centre. 
An emergency demonstration has been organised for Saturday 24th September.
