Interfaith Glasgow and St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art warmly invite you to their next Faith to Faith dialogue event where we will hear from the Scottish Interfaith Group on Domestic Abuse and see their new short film "Walking Through Domestic Abuse".

Sunday 9th December 2pm - 4pm St Mungo Museum of Religious Life, Castle Street Glasgow  - Entry Free, book your ticket at the link below.

The Scottish Interfaith Group on Domestic Abuse are women and men of faith who wish to raise awareness about domestic abuse and its effect on families. Their beautifully crafted film offers a moving insight into the realities of domestic abuse as well as practical guidance on how we can tackle it. It was inspired by the group's travelling exhibition "Souls of our Shoes," which features pairs of shoes that each have a story to tell - of the pain and loss and also the resilience and hopes of those who have experienced domestic abuse.

Confirmed speaker:

Jean Urquhart

Chair of the Scottish Interfaith Group on Domestic Abuse. In a previous life, she taught in a school for children with learning difficulties, has experience as a trainer in bereavement support, marriage guidance counselling, befriending, street and rail pastoring and parish safeguarding.
