Scottish Refugee Council has raised concerns about the uncertainty facing asylum seekers in Glasgow, as contracts between Registered Social Landlords(RSLs) - including housing associations - and Serco remain unsigned. Serco, which has won the UK Border Agency contract to house asylum seekers in Scotland took over responsibility for providing accommodation for all new arrivals, or refused asylum seekers moving into emergency housing as part of their Section 4 support - from August 27
