A living wage is on their christmas list

Send a festive campaign christmas card to highstreet brands. They're making a list, they're checking it twice – yes, it still only has one main thing on it – a living wage. Workers in Cambodia need our support this Christmas, as many continue to suffer from overwork and malnutrition.  Labour Behind the Label are renewing their demands and sending a Christmas message to H&M, GAP and Zara to ask  them to commit to pay a living wage in Cambodia.

We've seen H&M come under pressure in the last few months from Swedish TV documentaries, consumers all over Europe fainting inside their shops, and tens of thousands of emails pouring into their inbox. They've announced 'ground breaking' lobbying activities with governments, and have said they'll work with a Swedish trade union on the problem, but they still haven't committed to actually pay workers enough to live on. But like a company on the edge, a few more emails might push them over the brink! Please send Labour Behind the Label's Christmas card to the brands so that garment workers can have a merry Christmas too. Visit the web page below to take action.
